Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Polished attire encouraged cocktail dresses (knee or midi length), stylish suits, dressy jumpsuits, or coordinated separates are all perfect. Wear whatever feels great to you, while keeping it party-ready! Please no white, no flip-flops, no denim, and no shorts. The ceremony will be on the golf course, dinner and reception indoors. Bright colours and airy fabrics are encouraged!

We urge you to avoid wearing our wedding colours: white, sage green, golden hour orange, orchid purple, mauve/dusty rose, and ivory cream.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as possible! The deadline to RSVP is November 30, 2026.

We request that you arrive at Hotel Wailea at 2:30 pm. Shuttles will be leaving at 2:45 pm (please don’t be late!)

We will have a cocktail hour after the ceremony to enjoy the beautiful Maui sunset after the ceremony.

What time should I arrive, and will there be transportation to the venue?

Although we love your little ones, the wedding ceremony and wedding reception will be an adult-only affair — with one meaningful exception of Brian’s three nephews as they will be part of our wedding party, making them special participants in our day.

For families travelling with children, we completely understand the logistics of arranging childcare. We are happy to provide recommendations for babysitting services in the Wailea area to support you for the wedding day.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
